Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and check out securely. You'll receive a confirmation email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes or cancel before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days within the US, depending on the product. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Will I get tracking?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Allow 2–5 business days for tracking to begin updating.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. International delivery typically takes 14–30 business days.

Why might my items arrive separately?
We work with specialty suppliers to offer the best selection, so if you order multiple items they may ship and arrive at different times. Not to worry — each will have its own tracking.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
