Return Policy

At Fable & Fur, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email us at wlconnections@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps and a return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened food, treats, or consumable items
  • Used grooming tools that have made contact with a pet
  • Items marked as final sale

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to cancel before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
