Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fable & Fur! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Because we partner with specialty suppliers to bring you the best selection and value, delivery times vary by product and destination:

  • United States: 7–21 business days
  • Canada: 10–25 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

Total time = processing time (1–3 days) + shipping time above.

Most orders arrive toward the earlier end of these windows, but please allow the full timeframe, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Delays

While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays can happen due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. These are outside our control, but we'll always help you track down your order if something seems off.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us at wlconnections@outlook.com and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
