Want to know where your order is? Here's how to track it every step of the way.

How to Track Your Order

  1. When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
  2. Click the link in that email to see your order's latest status and location.
  3. Allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the information to begin updating.

Haven't Received Tracking Yet?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship. If it's been longer than that and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder first — then reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

Tracking Not Updating?

Sometimes tracking information can take a few days to reflect movement, especially in the early stages or during customs processing for international orders. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, contact us and we'll help track down your package.

Multiple Items?

If you ordered more than one product, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times — each with its own tracking number. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
